How trial submissions are handled.
AYSA collects the information you enter in the application form and the document or link you submit so the team can review your trial, contact you about the outcome, and administer trial payment.
What we collect
Name, email, portfolio link, time spent, submission link or attached document, acknowledgements, and any delivery note you provide.
How we use it
Only for evaluating this role, communicating with you, maintaining hiring records, and meeting legal or payment obligations. We do not sell candidate information.
Who receives it
Submissions are routed to AYSA at ali@oneummahfoundation.org. Form delivery is processed by FormSubmit. Links or documents hosted on Notion, Google Drive, Dropbox, or another provider remain subject to that provider's terms.
